Returns and Exchanges 

Tammi de Rooy art does not accept returns.

At Tammi de Rooy fine art prints are carefully and professionally made to order. For this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges or change of mind  – so sorry!

Likewise we do not accept change of mind purchases or returns on any original works. 
  

Faulty or Damaged Items 

We spend a lot of time and money ensuring that your art is carefully packaged to keep in safe in transit but accidents can happen – it’s heart breaking for you and for us.  
  
All my packages are fully insured so please don’t fret, you will be taken care of, so you have a beautiful new artwork on your wall asap. If the product has arrived faulty for any reason please take photos of: 

• The external box 
• The shipping label on the box 
• The damage to the artwork/frame 
• The more photos the better 

Please send all photos to me via email hello@tammiderooyart.com within 48hrs of receiving the package so I can sort this mess out for you straight away!
